Our Structure

The Agriturismo Mascudiera is located in the Piacenza countryside, between Fiorenzuola and Fidenza, 2 km from the famous Abbey of Chiaravalle delle Colomba, it is located along the route of the Via Francigena (details http://www.visit.viefrancigene.org/ ).
Created from an ancient farmhouse from the 1700s, the farmhouse is the result of a recent and thorough renovation which has preserved the original structure, enhancing its architectural features, but introducing the most modern comforts. The work was carried out making use of important elements of technological innovation and following the canons of sustainable architecture. The rooms, spacious and finely cared for, are enriched with furnishing elements that make the atmosphere welcoming and refined.

Mini Apartments

The structure has three mini apartments of approximately 65 m2 located on the first floor, where the barn once stood. Each one has 4 beds and an open kitchen to satisfy any needs for greater autonomy.
The rooms are large and bright, characterized by the welcoming atmosphere given by the high ceilings with exposed beams.

The mini apartments, air conditioned and equipped with TV, are furnished in a refined and at the same time comfortable style. Each has a private bathroom, large and modern, with shower and hairdryer. The structure is entirely covered by free WiFi. The buffet breakfast included in the service completes our offer.

Rooms

The structure offers four large double bedrooms of approximately 35 m2. Two, located on the ground floor, have an independent entrance thus guaranteeing maximum freedom and privacy. Obtained from the renovation of the ancient stable, they are characterized by the colonnade that supports the exposed brick vaults. One of these rooms is suitable for guests with motor disabilities.

All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioned and furnished with a refined and at the same time comfortable style. In each room there is a large and modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

The buffet breakfast included in the service completes our offer.

Transport to and from Fiorenzuola train station is available upon reservation.
